That is very solid review of an outstanding book. I believe it is as accurate an analysis of the Supreme Courts overstepping of its constitutional authority as any I have ever read. “Men in Black” is an education in how the limits of the constitution have been obliterated by the Supreme Court, and continues unabated to this day.
